Statutory guarantee
Consumers buying goods in the EU normally have at least two years of statutory legal-guarantee protection for conformity. It is separate from any optional commercial warranty and cannot be reduced to a shorter term in product descriptions.
Non-conforming goods may qualify for free repair or replacement or, in certain cases, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
How to complain
Contact georgi_petrov_90@abv.bg with the goods, issue, date of purchase and order number (if known). Do not include sensitive medical details.
We handle requests under applicable law and do not restrict your statutory remedies. Withdrawal rights are separate from remedies for lack of conformity.
Official EU notice
Since 27 September 2026 online traders must prominently display the prescribed harmonised EU notice about the legal guarantee in the form mandated by the European Commission. The unmodified official resource is linked below.
The prescribed harmonised notice is mandatory. The official annex and unchanged artwork must be displayed as specified.
