Returns and withdrawal

Your 14-day withdrawal right

As a consumer buying at a distance you generally may withdraw without reason within 14 days after receiving the goods (or the final item in separately delivered orders).

Tell us unequivocally by email georgi_petrov_90@abv.bg, post or through the “Withdraw from the contract here” online function before the deadline. A particular form is not mandatory.

Returning the goods

Return goods within 14 days of notification to ФОРТУНА 1919 ЕООД, гр. Плевен, ж.к. Дружба, бл. 424, вх. 3, ап. 8, България. For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay direct return postage if this was disclosed before ordering; for an incorrect or non-conforming product the Seller bears the costs of the statutory remedy. Retain evidence of sending.

Refunds

We refund payments received including the lowest-cost standard initial delivery without undue delay and at most 14 days after notification. We may withhold refunds until the goods are received or proof of dispatch is supplied, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, free of charge.

Optional 30-day return policy

The Seller offers an additional return option within 30 days after receipt for unused goods whose factory packaging remains unopened. This optional policy does not limit the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or remedies for non-conforming goods. Contact georgi_petrov_90@abv.bg to arrange return.

Restrictions

You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ characteristics. Hygiene exclusions only apply when goods are genuinely sealed and all statutory conditions are met; socks are not automatically exempt.
